The mobile phone screen frame installation mainly consists of six steps: checking the appearance, pasting the cable, applying glue, installing the LCD screen, re-checking after installation, and removing the rubber band and cleaning the glue.
There are six main steps in mobile phone screen framing:
- Check the appearance to see if the screen is deformed, bumped, peeled, broken, buttons, and the back is clean;
- Paste the cable/earpiece net. It should be noted that some screens need to be pulled to the bottom for framing, while others do not;
- Apply glue. The amount of glue in the frame must be controlled. If there is too much glue, it must be cleaned up. If there is too little glue, it is easy to debond. Remember not to forget to apply glue;
- Start to install the LCD and tie the rubber band. Usually, the cable side is clamped first. If it does not match, it cannot be installed hard;
- Re-test the LCD to see if there is backlight, no display, missing scratches, etc.;
- Remove the rubber band and clean the glue. Waiting time: Be sure to remove it after 2 hours to ensure that the glue is dry.
