The 27" Micro-LED splicing screen on display adopts Tianma's self-developed ultra-high-resolution seamless splicing Micro-LED display technology solution. Through precise chip transfer technology, tiny LED chips can be transferred to the substrate with extremely high precision to achieve fine pixel-level control. The advanced drive circuit design greatly improves the stability and response speed of the display. At the same time, it adopts a glass-based AM drive, combined with advanced side routing technology and a full laser mass transfer process, through 8.9" standard module 2×4 seamless splicing. Among them, the 13" dual-screen multi-curvature integrated black OLED display is the latest flexible OLED in-vehicle display launched by Tianma. It is driver-centric and adopts a multi-curvature design from R800mm to R2160mm. It perfectly takes into account the main driver's driving information display and the co-driver's entertainment function, while meeting the needs of a streamlined interior in the cockpit.
The product is equipped with Corning's latest integrated black lens technology. The module reflectivity is as low as 0.5%, and △E is only 0.78. Even if the two screens are spliced, it can present a perfect display effect like an integrated large screen. In addition, the product uses Tianma's SLOD display technology (Stacked Layer OLED Device), achieving a double breakthrough in low power consumption and long life.
