1. The phone cannot search for Bluetooth headphones or pair
1) Make sure the Bluetooth function of the phone is turned on
2) Press the setting button on the back of the charging case for up to 10 seconds. The status indicator on the front of the charging case should flash white, indicating that the AirPods are ready to connect
3) Pick up the charging case with AirPods, keep the lid open, and then approach the iPhone or iPad
4) Follow the steps on the iPhone or iPad screen to pair and connect
2. Cannot charge normally
1) If it has been idle for a long time, it may take a longer time to charge it to activate it.
2) A part of the Bluetooth headset or charger has been damaged. You can connect it to a good device for testing and try to find the problem
3. Why does the headset always disconnect after the connection with the phone is successful?
1) The power is insufficient, and you are prompted to charge it as soon as possible.
2) There is a barrier between the phone and Bluetooth or the distance is beyond the signal reception range
4. If there is no sound on one side of the AirPod
1) Put both earphones into the charging box for more than 30 seconds, check the charging status on the phone to ensure that both earphones are charging
